Authorizations

Shavit has Qualifications and Authorizations from Official Entities and institutions to operate with their permission, for such as:

• Qualification by the Standards Institution for complying with Standard ISO 9001
• Qualification by the Standards Institution for complying with Standard ISO 14001
• Authorization from the Ministry of Transport to manage a plant for manufacturing vehicles
• Qualification for manufacturing supported vehicles and trailers
• Qualification for working in the hazardous substances field
• Calibration permits from the ministry of Ministry of Economy and Industry
• License PERMITS from the Ministry of Transportation
• Membership in the American Petroleum Energy Institute – PEI
• Qualification to change the structure of a chassis in coordination with the vehicle manufacturers.
• Qualification to manufacture and maintain aviation equipment by the IATA
• A member of the Manufacturers Association in Israel
• Winner of the Standards Institution Gold medal award for 2015 and 2016

The production processes in the plant are inspected regularly by the Standards Institution of Israel (SII) and the plant’s products bear the stamps of approval
