Accessories for Conveying Liquids, Powders and Gases

Grid filter – A 1000 micron filter, which thoroughly filters the petroleum passing through the system, extending the lifespan of the pump.
API adaptor – that adapts the bottom 4” loading valve to the 2.5״ Flexible pipe.
Adaptor to the butterfly valve – adapted from the 3″, 4” butterfly valve to the2.5״ Quick con-nector.
Manhole – Manholes for the tanker are used for petroleum and chemical. The manholes can be ordered from an alloy, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
Sensors (upper and lower) – intended for identifying the quantity of liquids that pass through the system. In addition, they are intended to identify whether there is any liquid in the tank. Re-sistant to extreme temperatures, and ready for immediate use (without any heating up time).
Control panel – compatibility: 6 compartments, 8 compartments. An electronic indication sys-tem for preventing overfilling when filling with bottom loading. The panel gives an indication for an empty compartment situation.
Bottom loading- device – filling detectors for preventing overfilling, display system, all the
equipment accompanying bottom filling in the installations.
A valve for powder – A unit that adapts transferring the powder in the tank to the exit pipe. The unit is assembled from stainless steel or steel carbon .There is an option for ordering a flat valve.
Manhole cover – Covers for manholes to the tanker, train etc. that serve for transporting powders and chemicals. The manholes can be ordered from an alloy, stainless steel, or carbon steel.
A valve for petroleum – a unit that adapts transferring the liquid from the tank to the exit pipe. The unit is assembled from stainless steel or steel carbon .There is an option for ordering a flat valve.
Lower loading valve – a4 ” lower loading valve. The body of the valve is made from an aluminum alloy, and has glass that is used for inspecting the liquid in a laboratory.

Types of Valves and Gate Valves

3 exit valve – Globe Valve – opening , closing and control over the liquid in the piping and its distribution amongst the various consumers.
Gate Valve – opening , closing and control over the transfer of liquid inside the piping.
Bullet Valve – opening , closing and control over the transfer of liquid inside the piping.
Butterfly Valve – opening , closing and control over the liquid in the piping and its distribu-tion amongst the various consumers.
Rotary Butterfly Values – control over the quantity of the substance transferred.
