Each Aura rigid tanker is designed and manufactured according to the following standards:
- The Israeli standard 819 – latest version.
- ADR convention – latest edition.
- UN number – according to the relevant standards.
- The latest regulations of transportation.
- The vehicle manufacturer instructions.

The tank and its accessories will be installed on the vehicle chassis.

Tank material – stainless steel.
Bottom loading system by OPW/ Civacon.
Steam straining system.
A unique pumping system for aura.
Up to code electric system.
Up to code air system.

Aura system

Blackmer pump.
Manholes, valves and butterfly valves by Betts / Civacon.
Electronic meter by TCS.
Electrical pulley by Hannay Reels.

Finishing care

Paint and logo design – according to client request.
Compliance to standards inspection by the Standards Institution of Israel.
Functional Inspection by the Standards Institution of Israel.
Calibration of the tank compartments.
Calibration of the tank meters.
The rigid full – trailer tanker will be supplied with the vehicle compliance documents and blueprints for licensing.
Ministry of transportation regulations number 95 including the latest updates to the standard.
