Each dispenser for aviation fueling is designed and manufactured according to the following standards:

ADR Convention.
The most updated transportation regulations.
The vehicle manufacturer’s instructions
Aviation regulations JIGN12 / EN12312-5 / EN1361-C / E11529 / EI15816TH / EN1915-1

Fuel system

Filter – 1,000 gallon filter from the latest edition of FAUDI AVIATION, including all accessories.
Filter body – made of stainless steel.
Electronic counter – 1,000 gallon flow rate and accuracy of +/-0.1% by TCS.
Pulley – 20 meters long of 2.5″ line by HANNAY REELS.
Hoses in accordance to EN 1761.
SST 316 piping and Viton gaskets.
Hydrant couplers by CARTER.
Lift table / platform.

Safety

Fire extinguishers according to the standards.
Grounding pulley by HANNAY REELS.
Dead-man system.
Interlock to prevent vehicle movement.
Emergency buttons for immediate shut down of the vehicle.
Laser sensors for the lift table / platform.
Control panel.

Finishing care

Paint and logo design – according to client request.
Compliance to standards inspection by the Standards Institution of Israel.
Functional Inspection by the Standards Institution of Israel.
The aviation hydrant dispenser will be supplied with the vehicle compliance documents and blueprints for licensing.
Ministry of transportation regulations number 95 including the latest updates to the standard.
