Tank

• The tank capacity– pursuant to the customer’s requirements
• Material– Steel
• The division – pursuant to the customer’s requirements
• Manholes – Manholes with a diameter of 20,” which include 10” filling ports manufactured by Betts.
• Safety accessories – Placed in every cabin
• Seals- All the seals supplied will be of a neutral type
• Collection bath – will be installed on the upper section of container + 2 drainage cocks + 1.5” valves for collecting residues.
• The tank chassis– will be constructed pursuant to the vehicle’s chassis including a rear slope that guarantees full emptying of tank.
• Foot treads along the right side of the tank

The Spraying System (pumping and unloading)

• The discharging pump for emulsions, manufactured by Blackmer or Mouvex, is activated by PTO.
• The emulsion discharging pipe from the tank through a line filter to the spraying system pump.
• The emulsion exit pipe from the tank to the spraying system and to the external source.
• The spraying system, which includes:
• – A fixed spraying pipe across the chassis including valves and the operating system
  – A folding sprayer arm with a length of 600 mm on the left/right side – optional
  – Pneumatic valves for activating the discharge valves
• A manual reel, manufactured by Hannay Reels including a 15 meter flexible pipe with a spray gun at the end for executing manual spraying corrections.
• Installation of a 2” Argal diameter water pump for the purposes of discharging and transferring
  water from the tank to an external source – optional.
• Installation of an 80 liter diesel tank for washing the emulsion pump. All the piping that is installed for the pump or discharging will be steel with a 3” diameter.
• Filling the water compartment in the tank from an external source will be executed using quick coupling connectors.
• The emulsion piping system will also include the following options:
• – Filling the tank using an emulsion pump from an external source (a drum) to the tank
• Upper filling of the tank through the 10” Betts filling ports.

• The tanker will be supplied with the necessary documents and blueprints necessary for licensing.
