Each wagon for aviation fueling is designed and manufactured according to the following standards:

• The Israeli Standard Proposal 819 Part 3.
• ADR Convention.
• The most updated transportation regulations.
• The vehicle manufacturer’s instructions
• Aviation regulations JIGN12 / EN12312-5 / EN1361-C / E11529 / EI15816TH / EN1915-1.

Safety

• Fire extinguishers according to the standards.
• Grounding pulley by HANNAY REELS.
• Dead-man system.
• Interlock to prevent vehicle movement.
• Emergency buttons for immediate shut down of the vehicle.
• Control panel.

Finishing care

• Paint and logo design – according to client request.
• Compliance to standards inspection by the Standards Institution of Israel.
• Functional Inspection by the Standards Institution of Israel.
• The aviation fueling wagon will be supplied with the vehicle compliance documents and blueprints for licensing.
• Ministry of transportation regulations number 95 including the latest updates to the standard.
• Calibration of the system.
